Our Search Framework
We follow a three-step process to ensure an organized approach in all our search engagements.
This methodology includes
Step 1: Manner of Search i.e. consultative collaboration with client for a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the unique search assignment(s);
Step 2: Candidate Introduction i.e. after a focused search and in-depth candidate evaluation from our end, we endorse short-listed candidates that best fit the Client’s standards;
Step 3: Selection of Human Capital i.e. the Client makes an informed decision of selecting the final candidate, negotiation, background/character checks and other special requirements are made. Post-evaluation of the Client and the successful candidate alike are also included in this final but essential stage of the search process.
